The room cleanliness was quite disappointing. We found dirty footprints on the floor and the bathroom wasn't adequately attended to . After requesting toilet paper, we faced an unreasonable delay, which left us quite frustrated.

The room was spacious with good amenities, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

This hotel really missed the mark! The air conditioning barely worked. Oh, and the lack of basic amenities like a kettle was shocking! I expected a welcome gift for my troubles but guess that would've been too much to ask. I almost shared a glowing review, but just couldn't.

The location offered great access to the town center and shopping, easy to explore. The room cleanliness was concerning, with dust visible and a strong odor present. The bathroom design needs serious attention, as stepping into the shower was difficult and lacked safety features like handrails. While the staff were generally pleasant, the limited number of electrical outlets was frustrating for charging devices.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour security. I remember my first stay, where the staff helped me with a late departure. I recommend checking if meals are available during your stay. I'm coming back for a city break.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Opera and beautiful Lake Allier. We stayed with our child and enjoyed the spacious guest rooms. It felt more generous compared to usual Ibis offerings. The underground parking was really convenient too.
